Logistics Associate (Dispatcher)

As a Logistics Associate (Dispatcher) with the Noon Minutes team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be managing delivery riders and tracking shipments that are out for delivery. This role is essential to our operations, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities
Managing Delivery Riders: You will be responsible for overseeing a team of delivery riders, ensuring they are efficiently dispatched and that deliveries are made in a timely manner. Your ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with the riders will be key to maintaining our high standards of service.
 
Tracking Shipments: In this role, you will monitor shipments that are out for delivery, ensuring they reach their destinations without any delays or issues. You will need to be proactive in addressing any potential problems and finding quick solutions to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.
