1. Event Coordinator (Entry-Level)

2. Telesales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our future events using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- accurately take and process orders.
- Preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma: BSc/BA will be a plus.
Salary Package:
Base Salary: 3000-3500 AED pm
Commissions: up to 30,000 AED. pm plus
Yearly Bonuses: up to 50,000 AED
Work 48 hours a day/ 5 days a week.

Requirements

Compensations: Basic salary + very attractive commissions on sales + attractive performance bonus
Working Hours: 48 hours per week, 5 days/week, may need to be flexible due to the project deadlines/country/time zones.
