Requirements

• Candidates must have 5 years previous experience in HOTEL channel
  
  
• Excellent communication skills (Language- English)
  
  
• Knowledge of UAE F&B industry

Main responsibilities

• Directly responsible for Foodservice Customers
  
  
• Responsible for achieving the given targets / objectives
  
  
• Responsible for money collection from Foodservice customers
  
  
• Responsible for monthly sales targets
  
  
• Responsible for launching / introducing new products in the market
  
  
• Monitor out of stock / short expiry situations and propose solutions to superiors
  
  
• Monitor and inform about competitor activities
  
  
• Follow the procedures and guidelines
  
  
• Generate daily / weekly / monthly sales reports and suggest necessary actions
  
  
• Overall responsible for customer database
  
  
• Ensure strong relationship exists with all customers
  
  
• Utilize the Technical support offered by the company to list more items at his accounts
