1. Vice Principal
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vice Principal in an American curriculum and IB environment.
Proficient understanding and application of IB programs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to support and motivate staff toward achieving educational goals.
Master’s degree in education or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Principal to ensure effective school operations.
Support and guide faculty to maintain high educational standards.
Oversee curriculum development and implementation in alignment with IB and American educational standards.
Facilitate a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
Engage with parents, staff, and students to build a supportive school community.
2. Elementary Homeroom Teacher
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience within an American curriculum and/or IB environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of IB teaching methodologies.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; additional certifications in IB programs are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a homeroom teacher, providing guidance and mentorship to students.
Implement the American curriculum and integrate IB methodologies into lesson plans.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to ensure student success.
3. Mathematics Teacher
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience within an American curriculum and/or IB environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of IB teaching methodologies.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to effectively engage students.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; additional certifications in IB programs are advantageous.
